Had my boat hauled for an annual and bottom job...received a call back saying, "We
pressure-washed your hull and it's good for another 6-8 months." Now when have you ever had a service company not to do work... espceially bottom paint? Once you find KMC, you won't shop around anymore. Everyone I have recommended has experienced the same level of satisfaction. I've seen a lot of yards open and close. "As a first time boat owner, I was a little anxious to have my boat set up for a bottom painting
and service. But the KMC team was excellent. When Phil came with his trailer, he demonstrated enormous patience as it took me about "four and a half hours" to drive the boat onto the trailer from the water. He assured me the boat would be in good hands and indicated "the visiting hours" for me to check my "baby." Julie, as always, was quick to organize all the parts my boat needed, as I used such technical terms, such as "front of the boat" and "sides". Greg did an outstanding job cleaning and painting the boat, including getting rid of a stubborn scratch. When the stressful call comes from Susan indicating the final bill amount, the total will be just a little bit easier to handle, given her pleasant-sounding voice! Finally, there is Jeremy, the mechanic. Let's put it this way, if Jeremy won the lottery tomorrow and retired, I would have to sell my boat. He is dedicated to doing a thorough, professional, and proficient job. I am due to pick up my "baby" tomorrow. we talked about, and the boat was clean when you were done. I know you say

like this, but I have been around and this is not what happens at other places. You also have some
nice
people working with you, from the Parts lady to Susan, the manager. I am going to post

Thank
you for helping us with "Back At It". You saved our weekend. My son and I get very little

Their service and repair department did an outstanding job,
and I couldn't be more pleased. The
location is easily accessible, the facility is spotless, and when you meet their staff, you feel
as
if you have known them as friends for many years. If you are considering a purchase, repair,

I scheduled my boat for annual service plus hydraulic
steering replacement. All work was
done in 24 hours! In my experience with outer service centers in town, this
work would have takentwo weeks.
