When Phil came with his trailer, he demonstrated enormous patience as it took me about "four and a half hours" to drive the boat onto the trailer from the water. He assured me the boat would be in good hands and indicated "the visiting hours" for me to check my "baby." Julie, as always, was quick to organize all the parts my boat needed, as I used such technical terms, such as "front of the boat" and "sides". Greg did an outstanding job cleaning and painting the boat, including getting rid of a stubborn scratch. When the stressful call comes from Susan indicating the final bill amount, the total will be just a little bit easier to handle, given her pleasant-sounding voice! Finally, there is Jeremy, the mechanic. Let's put it this way, if Jeremy won the lottery tomorrow and retired, I would have to sell my boat. He is dedicated to doing a thorough, professional, and proficient job. I am due to pick up my "baby" tomorrow.
